These are chocolate cupcakes with a graham cracker crust on the bottom. I filled in the middle with marshmallow fluff and lightly toasted the marshmallow (for that authentic s'mores taste). The frostings used were a vanilla mascarpone and chocolate mascarpone frosting. I garnished the tops with chocolate flakes, crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, chocolate bar and a graham cracker.
