Ivory Bear. I added the gelatin lily onto the cake on delivery (customer was vegetarian so wanted her say first). Wasn't able to get a photo with the lily on it though. This was my first order :)

Lisa, was the entire bear cake ? How did you support the head ? Is it one entire cake which you carved or was it done in sections ? This cake looks great... did your hands cramp while piping ?
