Bottom layer is chocolate and the square is a wasc all covered in buttercream with some fondant cutouts. The ICarly banner was made with colorflow. The wasc was a special cake just for DIL (she had sworn off of sweets/desserts for 6 weeks and said that on the birthday she was splurging!!. Overall, the cake was a big success!
