Hi everyone, I'm new here and this is my very first cake (ever...of any kind). I did this with help and inspiration from you amazingly talented people here on cakecentral (thank you!) and a few books. Had so much fun I decided to enrol in a cake decorating course =) Cake was a yummy rich chocolate mud covered with ganache and fondant. Decorations are melting candy/chocolate/fondant and sand made from caramel fondant/brown & white sugar mix-everyone loved it, so fingers crossed for next creation!
