Topsy Turvey birthday cake. Filled and frosted with buttercream. Bottom layer is chocolate cake, middle layer is vanilla cake, top layer is red velvet cake. Made out of Mexican paste is: daisies, gerberas, horseshoes, crown, top hats, message banner, stars. the birthday girl is a big fan of Alice in Wonderland so I had a go at making a red Queen crown for he top of the cake and the Mad Hatters Top Hat. She was thrilled with ehr cake. It didn't turn out too bad for my first topsy turvey cake.
