50th anniversary cake with figurines, grand piano, sheet music, rose cascade, bichon dogs

this cake was for a 50th anniversary. all decorations are edible. the couple shared a love of music. the husband played a grand piano and the wife sang. They have two bichon dogs. there is sheet music with lyrics from song "What are you doing for the rest of your life".
