This is my first attempt at creating a present cake. Top is styrofoam covered in fondant. Bow is fondant. Roses are a combination of fondant and gumpaste. Cake is chocolate with BC filling, enrobed in chocolate ganache and covered in vanilla fondant. Thanks to everyone who contributes to the forums. That is where I found instructions, recipes, etc. This a wonderful site!
