I made this cake for my nice's 6 birthday (a brunch in my patio). Delicious carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream. All was MMF but I learn a lesson the hard way: MMF can't handle Texas hot weather and direct sun for more than 1 hour. It start to melt after it lost the original color.Jajajajajaja
