The Lighthouse Birthday Cake

Had been promising my sister-in-law a birthday cake for quite some time and since she LOVES lighthouses (like me), thought what better time to experiment on her cake. This is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. The lighthouse is actually made from RKT and covered with fondant. I tried to spike the icing on the cake and tray to look like waves and then used my air brush to color the icing. The rocks around the lighthouse are jelly beans and I added gummy sharks circling the lighthouse - the protectors - since the lighthouse didn't have a keeper.
