Bottom tier is butter cake w/raspberry filling, iced in BC. Top tier is dark chocolate fudge cake w/ganache filling, iced in dark chocolate BC. Dipped & fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, red & white grapes. I made this for my daughter's pediatric nephrologist & her dialysis care team. TFL!
