For my brothers birthday I decided to surprise him and make him a chef themed cake. 9" square chocolate cake with mocha buttercream and mocha fondant. Chefs counter is made from pastillage and painted with food coloring and vodka mixture. Everything else is molded from gumpaste and fondant.
