Lucy Cheers Them On
This is a cake I put together per my daughter's request for her softball team. They had their tournament this weekend, so we figured Lucy (from Charlie Brown) would be the perfect mascot. I put "Go Team, Go!" on there, but neglected to snap a photo afterwards. This is a FBT, but instead of putting a boarder around it, I filled in under each section w/the color of the top area to make it look more natural and 3D. I was pretty happy with how it came out (and the girls LOVED it) :)

Thanks. In the original art, her hat was red, but, my daughter's jersey color is green, so we made the cap green. I've really become hooked on this technique for characther themed cakes.
