Sorry, for the delay in responding... I haven't logged on to Cake Central in a while. I do not have a tutorial. However, I can try to describe to you how it was done.
The leaves and flowers on the cake are just buttercream piped on then smoothed with the Viva paper towel method (there's a ton of tutorials online for the method). For the flamingos, I sculpted fondant with a little tylose powder mixed in. After they dried, I painted them with food coloring diluted with vodka. I used a long lollipop stick inside the straight leg of the standing bird to support it. (The stick extends all the way through to the bottom of the cake. I have also used bamboo skewers for this type of thing.)
