Choc with vanilla BC covered in fondant. Simple (coz thats all I can do LOL !!) borders piped in RI and gold ribbons. Plaque is removable and is gumpaste flooded in royal with fondant/paste roses done with a core and circle cutters and horseshoes and numbers. First time doing roses like this - turned out ok I think.
