Worked off of inspireddecorator's design...thanks for posting. Used tulle for the fence and fondant covered cookie sticks for the poles. The bride was more concerned about stability than it being all ediable so the tulle worked great versus royal icing. Covered with MMF and a little gumpaste to help hold the fence.
