Garden Wedding Cake

Six, ten, fourteen inch rounds, sitting on 8 more six inch rounds. White cakes filled with raspberry and chocolate cakes filled with caramel. All iced in SMBC, covered in robin's egg blue fondant. I taught myself to make gumpaste roses, peonies and hydrangeas to cover the cake. Large bow with long tails painted in super pearl dust. The cake is surrounded by wheat grass. The theme of the wedding was spring/garden. Birds are collectibles.
