This is my first Mehndi cake, 2nd ever fondant cake. I've never piped before and have only practiced mehndi twice before. I have no formal cake making training. It's a 3 tier Devil's food and Yellow cake....some layers plain some marbles. It's filled and frosted with a great crusting Cream Cheese butter cream and the mehndi is done with royal icing.
