Fishy Birthday
So, 10 days before we are moving out of state, my baby has to turn 3, right??? LOL Most of my cake stuff is packed, but I still have the internet, so I got designs from free printable coloring pages and made this cake with chocolate transfers. I wanted to leave the icing a little variegated and unsmooth, so it would look more like water. I was a little disappointed, as to me it just turned out looking sloppy........but the party guests didn't notice and of course the birthday boy was thrilled. This is my last cake for a while, I think, 'cause I start medical school in 1 month and 5 days!!!

I wanted to add, Congratulations on starting Medical School! I have no idea how far in to that you are now, but I bet it is an amazing, although incredibly difficult experience. I think that anybody who can make cakes as wonderful as these ones of yours I have seen, is going to make a Great, GREAT Doctor!
