Grateful that this cake held up despite the unusual hot weather here in Holland at this time ,the wedding location was in a forrestry area with no refridgeration so despite the buttercream dam still got a bulge, any way overall it went well. Cake was organic carrot cake with pumpkin zucinni and pineapples added and covered in marzipan, bow is a mix of gumpaste and pastilage.
