I had major trouble with my fondant this week. We are having a heat wave and the fondant has done nothing but melt. My cakes were turning to mush. I finally got this cake together barely. Just before we got to the venue it colapsed. It was awful. I rushed home to save what I could as there wasnt enough time to make a new one. I felt awful. I think that moment was my worst decorating experience ever. Maybe next week will be better :)
