A lot of firsts for me on this cake... First time making an ice cream cake. Cake is vanilla and chocolate ice cream with Oreo crumbs and chocolate fudge filling (DQ style) Topped with Oreo crumbs and choc. fudge for 'mud' the truck was my first attempt at RKT... I say attempt again! LOL. Covered in fondant. This was for my son's b-day.
