the bottles are carved cake with buttercream icing. the "wood shavings" is shaved white chocolate. the "box" is made with chocolate transfer sheets using a mixture of white and milk chocolate, over buttercream. This was two stacked 1/4 sheet chocolate cakes with chocolate mousse filling. Quite a challenge for me but got many compliments .
