When she went onto my website, she liked the Brown & Blue Circles Cake. Rather than just using the same design, I tried to give it an extra touch by having some of the circles come off of the cake. This trick is done by drying the marshmallow fondant shapes in advance so that it becomes hardened. Then, they will stand up in attention. The cake was a 9-inch round Brownie Lovers Cake. Fun!
