Ocean Cake

My son loves fish and wanted a fish themed birthday cake. A few days in advance, I made sugar cookies in the shape of fish. Iced them. I also made chocolate turtles and fish. Then I iced it blue/green and created waves. Placed the fish cookies in the waves. Made beach out of crushed graham crackers. Added more cookies, candies, and sugar candies.
