I've always wanted to make these. I found these on www.bakerella.com/fast-food-fun/ They even provided templates. They're very easy to make, just time consuming. Well worth every minute of time for me. They're beyond cute and fun to make. The templates are also very easy to make, but again, just time consuming to cut out and tape together. The smaller box is the size the template prints out and it's the size I wound up using. The tooth pick is there to give you an idea of the size they are once put together. My cupcakes were regular sized. Needless to say....they were a HUGE hit. For the FF holder they also provide a blank one so you can make these for any occation.
