Rose & Calla Lily Cascade

This was a true labour of love as I made it for my cousin's wedding gift. The gumpaste flowers took over 15 hours to make alone! Tiers are 6", 9", 12" & 14". Cake flavours were chocolate with raspberry filling and ganache, white chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, and white chocolate cake with raspberry filling. All iced in buttercream and covered with Michele Foster's white chocolate fondant.
