Friend's daughter wanted PinkCakeBox's cake. I couldn't put the chocolate stars on sticks so I put them on the cake (it is a 4th of July grad party afterall). My 1st 3-tier. All fondant covered. Red, white & silver. This was a challenge and a big, heavy cake. There was bulging, and I did do a dike, but they were all soft fillings. Bottom: Chocolate cake w/choc mousse filling; 2nd: vanilla cake with a layer of pecans & rum in buttercream and a layer of raspberry cream; top: lemon cake with lemon curd. TFL
