This was a friends graduation cake. It was my first attempt a a MMF cake. I made all the MMF from scratch and have to say was not impressed at all. It tasted very good, but had little white specs all over it once it was rolled out. I sifted the sugar and everything so don't know where it went wrong. No one seemed to know what I was talking about though and said that they didn't see any specs at all. I seem to like Wilton's recipe for fondant the best. Everyone please feel free to critic,but be nice!!!
