I made this cake for my Father's birthday. I chose to use a fishing theme as it is one of his favorite things to do. I also decided to try something new - or rather a couple of new techniques. This was my first time making and using a poured ganache and SMBC. I learned a lot but am quite happy with the end result (although I still see all the flaws LOL.)
