My second grad cake. New challenges with this cap...I think I will have the technique down by cap #3 (to be done this week). Cake is WASC with Keylime filling (Yummy). THis time I "cheated" and made the round part of the cap out of RKT. Diploma is gumpaste/fondant mix, cap is covered in fondant, cake is iced and decorated with Buttercream.
