This is a Boston Cream Pie Cake- vanilla bean cheesecake cake with creamy vanilla pudding and rich milk chocolate ganache, covered in ganache and then a mix of candy clay and fondant. This cake was made for a "Crazy Hat" birthday party, and was delivered in a hatbox that my customer bought. Very cool cake, very cool idea! :)
