This is NOT a chocolate cake! I was contacted by a family that wanted a wedding cake to be made by their 15 yr daughter. I spent several weeks with the young lady and taught her to torte, fill, ice cakes. I showed her how to do fondant flowers. This is a combination of her flowers and a wee bit of my help. Enjoy!
