My first topsy turvy for my niece's graduation party. Almost a complete disaster. It was totally collapsing, I obviously didn't have it dowelled properly. First time I've a problem this big! I had to take the top layer off and repair it the best I could. All the flowers around the edges of the teirs weren't supposed to be there - I had to hide the mess best I could. She was happy, but this was so much work!
