This is a grooms cake made for my clients fiance. She wanted a replica of the Dallas Cowboys jersey. It is a rectangle cake with another rectangle cut in 1/2 for the sleeves. the neckline was made by using a large round cookie cutter and cutting away at the neck of the shirt. The rest is covered with fondant and navy blue accents.
