This was for a small backyard wedding. Just something for the bride and groom to cut. They supplemented with cupcakes.
All MMF, with satin ribbon around the border. The black design is MMF, with tylose added to it, then cut out on my cricut cake using a filgree design.

Thank you. No it wasn't free hand. I used the cricut cake.

We have been trying so hard with the cricut and can't get it to cut. any advice?

It took several attempts with the cricut cake for me to get it right. I use MMF, with tylose or gumtex added to it. roll it out on my worktable as thin as possible. Put a generous amount of Crisco on the cutting mat, then transfer the MMF to the mat. Then I go over it again with my rolling pin. Try to get it paper thin and must be very firm. Let sit on mat for 30 min, to stiffen even more. When cutting I use the lowest setting for speed and pressure. That was key for me. My 1st attempt I ruined a mat.

I prep a few mats at a time just in case my first try gets screwed up somehow. Its time consuming thats for sure. I found a lot of useful info on
