This cake was made for a guy who was celebrating his 1 year anniversary with his new heart...ON his 50th Birthday!!! Only direction I was given was: 1. Sheet cake, 2. Light Blue, 3. Must include both 1 and 50 and 4. Not too gross! This was my take. Later heard that the gentleman wrapped and saved the heart to freeze and eat on his 2nd anniversary! Awww. All edible except for wires & candles.
