Rice crispy treats cut out with a cookie cutter, placed on a lollipop stick, base coated with white chocolate, and swirlled with red and blue chocolate. I tied a little red ribbon on the stick to finish off the lollipop look. I made a white chocolate sign in a 6" cake pan and wrote on it with red frosting (so the kids would know who this fabulous treat was for :) TFL
