I need a lot of practice. This is a 2 tier topsy turvy cake. The fondant didn't hold on the bottom tier. My 8th grader graduated middle school and my 5 yo graduated PreK. 'Bottom' tier is vanilla cake with chocolate BC and almond filling. Top layer is strawberry cake with lemon BC frosting. Both are covered in MMF and decorations are MMF and BC.
