The birthday girl wanted Ariel as her Princess so incorporated her so she's looking down onto the pirate ship. Pirates are brownies using the Wilton Brownie Pop mold. The rest of their bodies and features are fondant/gumpaste mix. Used the new Duff template for the woodgrain effect on the ship. Love it! It's so easy to use and the effect is great. Mast is a wooden dowel and lollipop sticks covered in chocolate fondant. The sales are gumpaste/fondant mix.
