I made these for my sons and husband to take to a pot-luck with their sailing buddies. I also posted the photo in the May cookie club, in the cookie forum. (I tried key lime extract in both the cookie and the icing, and the flavor was divine!) My sons were especially impressed with how I used sanding sugar to add dimension to the beach.
