Cake for a real Fashionista!

Before I started with the design, I was given certain keywords:

fashion, New-York style, Sex and the City, glamour, fuchsia pink, black, silver, glitter, 72 servings Strawberry-Champagne Cake filled with Chocolate Truffle. Tapered waist tiers, covered in fuchsia pink fondant, Black and White Damask fabric print sugar paste bow and ribbon belt, clear sugar diamonds, glittered silver purse with black roses and sugar handle. All edible!
