In album: shoe
These are my first-timers done for my great-neice's 15th birthday. Handbag is covered in MMF. The gift package is ivory (camera makes it look yellow) with gumpaste bow. The handbag, bow and letters are airbrushed with Bronze Luster Dust. The bag is not what I envisioned so I had to improvise with a plain one. Thanks Nati for your help.

Oh my goodness!!! They are BEAUTIFUL! That's something I've been wanting to try for sometime now, just haven't had time to do so. Sure would be happy if mine turned out even 1/2 as pretty as yours. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Everything looks so nice! The detail on the shoes and present--and the bronze color you used. Great job!

Wait a minute, there were problems with this cake? When I have problems, well, they don't end up looking amazing like that!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see any problems either! I LOVE the shoes. They are gorgeous!

Thanks but I'm more disappointed about the handbag. It's too old-looking and plain for her age. I wanted a more younger-looking, dressy bag to compliment the shoes

I don't see problems. I hope my first purse cake comes out at least 1/2 this good! Even if it isn't the way you like it, sometimes you gotta give a little to get a lot! You did a great job!

You did a beautiful job on this piece Stephanie, every detail is perfect. I love the use of the bronze luster dust too, I have had a jar for 4 years and never used it. Think I need to try it for a pair of shoes like yours.
