I made this simple castle cake for an 8th birthday of a friend's daughter. The mom wanted pink and silver colours for the cake and this is what I came up with. I just added some vines and flower details to have a little drama. All edible. I used 8" round mud chocolate cake and butter sponge cakes for the towers.
