Parent's 52Nd Anniversary
10" square scratch carrot cake w/cream cheese filling, 6" chocolate top w/raspberry filling, iced with Pastry Pride. This wasn't exactly what I had planned, but due to circumstances beyond my control, this is what I ended up with.
