My first doll cake ever. I bought the doll (It was the gift to my niece) and used her favorite colors. The magic carpet is made from a thin layer of batter in a 12x8x2 in cake pan. Tried to do a magic carpet to the best of my current abilities. lol Would have loved to have piped a different design but oh well. It is what is is! Lol. I layered an orange creme cake with chocolate cake mix. All Buttercream icing. 2 - 10 round, 2 -9 in round cake pans. Star piping around the dress. Inside the white edged hearts is red piping gel. Its also incorporated into the magic carpet. I appreciate any comments and let me know what you think. Thanks for looking!
