Just beautiful!!! Do you think something like this would work on a cake iced with BC or IMBC?

I don't see why it wouldn't. It is just outlined with royal icing and filled in with piping gel. I just prefer the smoothness of fondant. But that is a lack a smoothing ability on my part. It really is a pretty simple process. It takes more time than talent to fill it in.

Very nice! I actually used this cake as inspiration for a Christening cake. I like the way you incorporated the dove into the cross design. Thanks for sharing!
