Strawberry cake filled with strawberry filling. Tiki hut roof made of 50/50 fondant gumpaste I cut with an orchid leaf cutter and used a knife to cut leave shape. The trusses I used wooden dowels and columns 50/50 chocolate fondant & gumpaste. After we delivered cake, the roof collaps because it was so humid and the royal icing and molding chocolate gave way.
