thanks,i was like you thought i would never get the hang of them,i have made so many now i dont even use a cutter ,have a look on utube for tutorial its really very helpfull.good luck and thanks for lookin

Beautiful!!! Do you mind me asking how you attached the roses? I have my first wedding cake due in July and I am not sure how to create the cascade of roses. THANKS!

hi jess1019.i used edible glue but im certain you could use royal icing too,its my second roses cake and i find the best place to start adding the roses is at the bottom of the cake i wedge it at an angle onto the cake and board i let this one set for a bit and then you can build up the roses.i make mine in advance and

i always make up spare petal paste in whatever colour the roses are goin to be so you can make up some small roses to fill in gaps,hope this helps
