This is my first MMF wedding cake. This is a 6", 8", 10", & 12". The bride gave me a picture of this cake and wanted it simple. Everything went really well until I got to the 10" and I had trouble with cracking. I even redid it and still had trouble. I am not sure what happened because the other ones turned out good. It was really humid when I got too this cake, so don't know if that had something to do with it. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I ran out of time and had to take the cake as is and the bride noticed it! ugh! It looks like it has white spots on it, but it didn't. I think it was the lighting. I am open to any suggestions! I pretty well made up my mind not to do anymore wedding cakes! Thanks to all for looking!
