Burger Birthday cake for a friends 29th birthday. Three individual 20 cm round cake. One chocolate between two vanilla cakes. Sandwiched together with ganache and layered. Covered in light chocolate coloured butter cream for the burger buns and ganache for the burger pattie. Lettuce, cheese and tomato were made from rolled sugar paste with tylo powder mixed in so they hardened.
